Moving boxes to Crete

Hello to you all. I am on the help trail again.
We are looking at ways to bring over about 20/25 boxes to Crete in February. They are being packed now. We need to ensure that the carrier delivers whilst we are in residence - the window will be about 3 weeks. I assume that some of you have already done this so details of your experiences, names of carriers and normal pitfalls would be appreciated. The Prof.

Dec 2007 at 16:03 depending on the size and weight of your boxes - try Euro 48 at the post office ( I had 14 boxes in one delivery within 4 days with them) White van man - you can find a link on the main site and Nomad ( google)

Dec 2007 at 16:41 Hi we used London Baggage Co Tel 020 8324 2066 fax 020 8324 2095 www.london-baggage.com. We sent about 12 boxes and a double bed and, I think, we paid about £900. Hope this helps
