Yes, we have had a similar change which says that we arrive on 14.20 at Chania but now the return flight 2 weeks later leaves at 14.15.
Somehow, it must suit Ryanair. I also wanted to reduce 4 (paid) suitcases to 3.
you can CLICK "amend you booking" ONLY IF YOU PAY MORE !!! Ryanair is a "No refund Airline". 
on my last visit using Jet 2, my hand luggage was touching the red line measurer by 3 milimetres, (I have the photo) and they made us put it in the hold and pay an extra £40 each way.
There are very few situations in life when you pay good money and are treated like dirt, but the budget airlines experience is certainly one of them.
